Company Re-brands Name

Boca Raton, Fl / September 12, 2019 / LXK Inc. (the “Company”) announces that effective September 12, 2019, the name of the Company was changed to “AIU Inc.” and that the common shares of the Company will also be changed to the new name. Existing shareholders will not need to have certificates re-issued as all past issued shares have been recorded electronically to their rightful owners.

Nearly two years have passed since the company completed its purchase of SkyPro Digital Inc., its first commercial acquisition. The Company will look to rebrand in accordance with its new name in the coming year. The Company and its Board said that they had been planning this name change along with other major strategy changes, including an increase of production and the streamlining of new developments.

The name change to AIU Inc. will better reflect the business of the Company going forward. As stated by the Executive Chairman, “This name change better reflects the Company as we continue our transition, and it is my hope to continue onward with future plans to explore alternatives and expand the scope of our business.”

The name change was approved by the Board of Directors of the Company and has received all requisite approval from the Directors.
